Leadership Development

PAUSTIAN ADVISORY is anchored in the idea of expanding the business opportunities along with the expansion of the human mind based on grounded research and conceptual designs.

The overall approach being applied is INTUITIONS and the awareness of business development.

The advisory approach is focusing on thought development, reflecting a basic strategic approach helping to find pathways achieving visions.

Underneath, you will find five areas of interventions, developing a cohesion in order to solve problems related to the human mind and business issues in combination.

There is a unique program for this. This program is a new way of approaching leadership development where you are going through a process, developing dignity and authenticity in order to stimulate success and happiness of living.

The conceptual framework is divided into five phases:

Firstly, the manager will carry out a unique Philosophical Inquiry. This tool is an online concept that is helping the process of clarity. 100 questions will map the pattern of leadership skills in an assessment report.

Secondly, we will use the assessment report for Philosophical Counseling. The concept includes 4 sessions during a month carried out as a dialogue reflecting the top leadership potential. The managers will also be encouraged to write a diary between the sessions.

Thirdly, we will take on a Pilgrimage to the beautiful El Camino in the Northern part of Spain for 6 days. Besides hiking every day, the participants will learn how to meditate, they will be exposed to philosophical exercises, walk in silence and share ideas, concerns or visions with each other.

Fourthly, we will arrange Philosophical Retreats covering four of the most interesting and valuable philosophical subjects such as Creativity, Innovation, Leadership and Business Development. These philosophical retreats will be arranged as seminars two times of two days during weekends with the same group of participants.  

Fifthly, the prior process is leading to Innovation. People who have been through a developmental process like this will certainly experience a much higher level of reflection – they will experience a lot of new ideas that could create new products and services. The participants will take on an innovation project based on their ideas. They will be supervised and helped through the process.

This program is an example on how leadership development can be arranged focusing on life forces and procesess of thought leadership. Furthermore this program is enhancing the five different categories as listed underneath.

1. Emancipation

Approaching leadership as a double-edged practice, to develop insights and frameworks reflecting the practice of the insights.

The emancipating approach is to open up for new aspects or dimensions in life. The value of searching for openings, opportunities or in-betweens keeps the mind awake and makes it move along the line of searching. The progress emerges when we rely on the creational forces instead of being occupied by standard procedures reflecting the law of the world. 

2. Empathy

Value-creation combining business development and raising the human consciousness.

The empathic approach is developed with a clear link to the mind and emotions of the client – there is an open and unbreakable space grounding the intimacy of sharing deeply rooted visions with others in an atmosphere of paying attention.

3. Imagination

Transcending cross-cultural leadership issues by developing conceptual frameworks.

The imaginative approach is the reality developed by receiving ideas and ways of approaching a certain challenge by following the creativity of the clients. 

4. Transformation

All-round executive leadership advisor, handling all kinds of business areas with a strategic approach.

The transforming approach is a peaceful process emerging as a change in composition, living out clarity of being and thereby doing things in a creational and fruitful way.

5. Leadership efficiency

Creating and communicating new ideas and knowledge distribution in various medias.

Leadership efficiency is to undertake the responsibility of creating new ways of approaching traditional managerial issues or organizational settings. Leadership efficiency is to fulfil ideas as conceptual frameworks for other people.
